QL Today is the only magazine devoted entirely to QDOS /SMSQ programming and hardware issues. It is published by Jochen Merz Software in Germany and is available only on subscription.1 years subscription comprises of 5 Issue and subscriptions always start from issue 1 of teh current volume. Although published by Jochen Merz the editorial content is controlled by Dilwyn Jones and and Bruce Nicholls so the magazine is 100% independent of any software house.

Now Quarterly

 The first issue was May / June 1996  and it has been very successful since then.Contributors  to the magazine so far include:Stuart Honeyball (Miracle Systems), Zeljko Nastasic, Al Feng, Tony Tebby, Norman Dunbar, Jonathan Hudson, Wolfgang Lenerz, Tony Firshman, Mark Knight, Geoff Wicks, Tony Firshman (T.F. Services), Arnould Nazarian, Al Boehm, Darren Brannagh and many others too numerous to mention.Subjects covered by the magazine have included everything from Assembler Programming to Writing BOOT files, Designing New Hardware to Making QL cables and there have been numerous reviews of both software and hardware.Not only this but it has adverts from all the current traders so you will always know about the latest products and where to get them and we have, so far,  given away twelve cover disks of free software and two CDs.
